Women With Dreams - Meet Our Team

It was 25 years ago that I realized working for someone else might not be the answer for everything I wanted out of life. While I've had 2 incredible careers before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, I always had the feeling that I should be calling the shots in my life—not someone else.

My name is Debbie Wysocki. I'm a 45 year old mom with two wonderful children—Trent who is 9 and Amanda who is 5. I'm lucky enough to be the Room Mommy for them at Calvary Christian Academy. I'm married to Mark, a Commercial Real Estate attorney in Fort Lauderdale.

I learned very early in life that everything had a cost—in other words—pay now or pay later.

Having freedom is wonderful—but before I got my freedom…I had a lot of fun and success and lessons…

By the age of 23 I was the Executive Assistant to the CEO of the Times Mirror Company. When I looked around on the ‘Executive Floor,' all the other women were 55 or older—what a wake up call. I decided to go back to school and finish my degree. I became a financial analyst and worked in Beverly Hills for almost 11 years—but 12-14 hour days 6-7 days a week can take a toll on a person's body—and after 10 years, I found myself a very new bride, getting ready to move from California to Florida, and VERY, VERY, sick. The diagnosis was Fibromyalgia—I was disabled to the point of no longer being able to work.

My husband and I moved to Fort Lauderdale beach and I worked on becoming well. The 15+ doctors I consulted wanted to pump me full of medication. I literally spent more than $10,000 out of pocket not covered on our insurance in my quest for wellness. This included both traditional and complimentary medicine through natural medicine—traditional medicine hadn't worked.

That's when a close friend asked me to try some products. While initially I wasn't interested (I thought he just wanted me to market them), I did try them—and got quite remarkable results—that's when I took a look at the business side. And in a very short time, I was able to replace that Beverly Hills income while working from home and shortly thereafter we started our family.

It was exciting to be able to help other people find health and at the same time for those interested, to help them build a business with long-term benefits. Over the years, various marketing tools have come and gone, but having been with the company since it's beginning, I think it's more about the DREAM than a tool…It's more about creating what you want for you and those you care about.

That's why Women With Dreams ™ was created…with the big picture in mind of bringing like minds together. A way for us to share ideas and help make dreams come true. To be a support for one another. I encourage you to get more information on our company that is helping women all across the world live their dreams. I welcome you to join our online community. I look forward to speaking with you soon!

Hello! My name is Jennifer Blackburn. Seven years ago I found myself a single mother with 4 very young children ages 9 to 3 years old. It was important to me to be at home with them to raise and teach them in the way I choose to live my life. Knowing that I could not do that if I was out in the "work place" 8-10 hours a day, I looked for a way to create a living from home. I was led into clinical massage therapy which I enjoyed from my home, paid the bills, and met my short-term goals. However, I knew that for the long-term I wanted to create something that would be self-perpetuating and would require less physical energy yet be profitable at whatever level I chose. That is when I found this business and it has given me opportunities that I only dreamed about back then! It isn't just the trips with my family and other incredible things I have been able to experience. More importantly, is the time I have to share these things with my family... at the end of the day what else really matters? A few of the other benefits for me include:
  • Incredible life changing health products -- Seeing people's lives change because their health was drastically improved.
  • The opportunities to personally grow into the leader that I am and continue to learn.
  • The opportunity to coach and train others is truly my passion and joy.
  • Watching and supporting others grow into their leadership abilities and achieve their dreams is extremely fulfilling to me.

Life is too short to go from day to day, putting in hours that do not have meaning and power. Choose to be involved in something that can not only change your life but also inspire others and help them achieve their dreams as well.. If you want to live a courageous, inspirational, liberated life this is for you! We look forward to welcoming you to the Women with Dreams Team.

For the last sixteen years, I have been sharing the importance of good nutrition and prevention with everyone who will listen.

Until two years ago, I was a "Director of Liturgy" in charge of making sure the services ran smoothly. When I "retired" from this position, I could finally turn my attention to my first love, keeping myself and others healthy in a world that is designed to keep people sick.

I have raised two marvellous daughters who are raising daughters of their own. When I became a single person, there was no one to take care of me, so I learned early on the importance of listening to what my body was telling me and taking care of it before it manifested into a bigger problem. As a result, I have no medications of any kind in my medicine cabinet.

I consider this a thought-provoking testimonial to what good nutritional supplementation can do for each of us.

The second thing I discovered was I could support myself telling other people like myself about my successful health history and have been doing so for the last two years full time. My dreams are coming true; I am making wonderful new friends, sometimes daily, and the opportunity to meet more people who want the same freedom, security and fun as I am experiencing has come to me through Women With Dreams™.

I invite you to take a serious look at the potential to make your dreams come true.

I'm Amanda Haley, and I think the Women with Dreams™ Team is an excellent forum to help support the busy "business" mom. First of all, I am the wife of an intelligent, charming man, Michael, whom I do all I can to help and love. I also have 2 boys—Anthony who is three and Tyler who just turned one. Amongst being a wife, mother, daughter, grand-daughter, sister and friend, I have a wonderful, fulfilling business as a massage and aroma-therapist. The support from the Women With Dreams™ community to help me reach my goals as a career woman, but also leave time to be a wife and mom.

I feel fortunate that our Team has partnered with an exceptional health and wellness company with products that not only made a huge difference in my life, but also in the life of my family and clients. These top of the line products have helped me grow my massage business in a way I never imagined. I now have the opportunity to be an educator in my field and build my self-confidence as a teacher.

This golden opportunity has been a tremendous blessing to our family, not to mention, a load off our shoulders come "bill time." I would encourage every woman seeking a home based business, to join our support system and enjoy the benefits of women helping women in such a unique and rewarding way.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)

My name is Rhonda Doll. I'm a 44 year old mom with two wonderful kids. Rachel 18 and Joshua 16. I'm married to Jim who works with computers. We live in Michigan.

Prior to working from home, I was a secretary. I enjoy working with people.

But…Have you ever worked for someone you’d rather not have to work for??? That probably hasn’t happened to you…but it did me…I even had to ask for my paycheck…can you imagine that! And, when you have a job and children you don’t have the freedom to work around your kids’ schedules…it’s a constant tug-of war of your emotional heart strings. But the kicker was my son, Joshua was diagnosed with ADHD and Bipolar disease.

Good news was on the horizon. When I found the company that Women With Dreams™ is affiliated with, and Joshua started on the health and wellness products, he had tremendous results! He no longer experiences the roller coaster ride from the side effects of the medication he was taking. Before Josh was on the products, he did not have an appetite during the day but was hungry at 9:30 at night when the meds finally wore off. He couldn't sleep; he was so agitated.

Well, ADHD is hereditary, and so I started on the products experiencing positive results as well. I've been with the company since 1997. Since then I've experienced the following: the spots on my female organs have gone away, I lost 25 pounds and have not gained it back, my scars are disappearing, my depression is gone, and people think I'm 10 years younger!

I encourage you to learn more about our company that is helping women all across the world. Dream BIG Dreams and join our team to achieve them.

After several years in a corporate sales and another six as a convenience store owner, I was tired of the long hours and countless problems that I faced daily. My sons had reached the crucial teenage years, and I needed to be more available to them. That decision led me to a home-based business, and it was the best decision I have ever made.

No longer did I miss the boys' activities. I have been able to choose my hours, with whom I want to work, when I want to take vacations, and the tax write-offs are amazing. And now best of all because I can schedule my own hours, I have the pleasure of taking care of my darling granddaughter two days a week.

My experiences during those early years gave me a lot of knowledge, but as is so often the case, I discovered the "glass ceiling" that women in business often face. This industry evened the playing field, and I was surrounded by positive people with similar goals. As I grew so did my business.

Today, I am Sue Jones, Personal Health Coach. I prefer working one-on-one, introducing people to safe and healthy ways of working with their health issues, encouraging them when they are discouraged, and guiding them on their way to a long, healthy future. I also show them how they can succeed in their own business and have the same benefits that have come to me.

Women with Dreams™ is made up of women who provide a strong support system. It may be my business and my hard work, but dreams can become reality, and when women bond together, I believe we become stronger and better prepared to make dreams come true.

It’s been 35 years since I entered the working world, and during that time I have had the opportunity to try on many hats. It’s only been the last few years that I began to realize how life’s lessons come through experiences.

My work experiences were predominately in the Beauty Industry. I worked as a Hairdresser, Esthetician, and always promoted products that contributed to health and beauty. I built a Home Salon business during the years that my 2 son’s were growing, and served as a carpool Mom, a Soccer Mom, a Cub Scout Leader, served on the PTA Board, took Judo, played soccer, all so I could experience just how things really felt for the kids. (By the way, Judo & Soccer really hurt in the beginning.)

As the kids grew, and became more independent, I found myself becoming more aware that I had a need to venture out further than a Home Salon. I then ventured into the Corporate World, and found that to be another major learning experience.

Each experience I have had over the years has helped me develop stronger relationship building skills. I now realize, that is the most important skill in building any successful business. With that skill, I can accomplish anything I want in life.

After about 5 years in the Corporate world, the Company downsized by 30,000 people, and my husband and I both found ourselves unemployed along with many others in our age group ( mid 50’s). This started out to be a very fearful experience for me, until I realized that I had been an Entrepreneur for much of my life, without even realizing it.

We made the choice to leave the Seattle area and go to a more rural setting with next to no traffic and very little crime, so we could de-stress and start a calmer healthier life. I owned a Women’s Exercise facility for several years, and became even more interested in health and wellness during that experience. Today I promote health and wellness where ever I go. I am actively involved in this business, and I am able to operate my business activity through both my warm market, and through the Internet. I can continue to live in the country and still meet a wide range of interesting people by sitting in my own home office.

I am more excited that ever about this business being part of the next stage of my life. My family and friends are healthier from the use of these products, and I can look forward to having a positive impact on others as I strive to influence people to take personal responsibility for their own health and wellness, as well as this wonderful business opportunity.

We all have choices, and it’s great to help people come to that realization.
I am looking forward to meeting many more women with different backgrounds as we all grow with "Women With Dreams."

Growing up in the generation just before the baby boomers, there were few choices for me. My dreams were limited to the accepted traditional roles of wife, mother, nurse or schoolteacher. While I admire those roles, I wanted what I thought was not available to me. After my children were raised I began to look around and worked for a while in various businesses but always felt there was something more important for me to be doing. I wanted a chance to prove what I could do and be.

When I learned about networking and specifically the company that Women With Dreams partnered with, I caught fire with the excitement. The rising tide raises all ships and I wanted to start the flood.

My goals now are to reach out to women who are under achieving at home or at work, to help them to understand that we are truly unlimited if we chose to use the power of our minds, and that there are others before them who want to discover their dreams and help them work toward them.

I build teams of women. We are supportive and encouraging of each other. We nurture and share successes and overcome setbacks. We celebrate the unlimited and unstoppable power of the feminine force. And we are looking for other women who want to join us in this wonderful adventure. Let me know you are there. Share your dreams with me and the rest of the community and let us work with you toward their realization. We are your sisters; we can be your foundation.
